Customer Service Representative/Project Support

We’re looking for a bright, motivated and hard-working person to join our customer service/operations team and help us grow by providing excellent customer service and supporting other internal departments.

In this hands-on position, your exceptional experience, skills in direct client communications, proficiency with Microsoft products and ability to learn software quickly, will enable you to work effectively with our clients.  Our team is reliable, detail focused, highly organized, and committed to following through on its responsibilities.  Additionally, the customer service department is staffed by helpful, positive people who solve problems on a daily basis, and who often move up to other positions within our organization.  

Requires 1-3 years experience in an office environment with customer service and administrative/project support responsibilities.  Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
