Daryl Braham

Daryl L. Braham understands the importance of effective communication, and the results that can be achieved when everyone in an organization sees and feels the same goals. Even better, when everyone believes they can achieve those goals. Daryl has over 25 years of sales, management, finance and leadership experience. He brings the skills needed to motivate leaders and their teams to breakthrough successes.

Daryl understands the complexity of issues facing leaders today. He has been the local and state association president, and was honored as the nation’s only member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) to ever be awarded Realtor of the Year in two states in the same year.

The son of a “Mountie”, Daryl began his business career early, starting his own company at age 15. After attending college, Daryl worked through the ranks in retail, eventually managing one of the most successful electronics retailers in western Canada at age 23. It was awarded “Top Retail Store” one year later. He then spent five award winning years with Sony of Canada, where his performance records still stand. After moving to the US, he held every position within his main company, now as CEO, before he and his partner bought it in 2005.

The co-owner of 5 companies, including his own consulting company, iON Leadership, a Prudential franchise, and Heritage Homes, an award winning home builder, Daryl’s goal now is to enthusiastically and positively impact people’s lives. He believes the future will always be better than the past. With a focus on CAN, he delivers with a passion and energy that lights a fire within others, saying  “You can do anything you want to do in life; sometimes you just need someone to help you see it.”
