Mark D. Hamilton is the Founder, President & CEO of AppliedWisdom LLC, an international coaching and consulting organization that provides executive coaching, performance coaching, success strategies and team seminars to executives and organizations. He is also a highly sought speaker on individual and team efficiencies. Mark is also the Founder, President & CEO of H & H Staffing Services, Inc., a staffing firm that provides its services to businesses throughout North Georgia. Mark spent 20-plus years in corporate America in a wide range of sales, management and senior management positions around the country before founding H & H Staffing in 1998 and AppliedWisdom in 2001. Mark is a Kolbe Certified™ Master Team Consultant and a Kolbe Copper Circle member and uses the Kolbe Wisdom extensively in both firms.
Mark is also very active in his local community and the state of Georgia. He was elected to his first term in the Georgia House of Representatives in 2006, and was re-elected to his 4th consecutive term last year. He is Chairman of the Industry and Labor committee and also serves on the Appropriations, Energy, Utilities, & Telecommunications, Governmental Affairs, Rules, and Transportation committees. He is also Chairman of the Energy Sub-Committee, Vice-Chairman of the Jekyll Island – State Park Authority Oversight Committee, and serves on Governor Deal’s Digital Learning Task Force, the House Committee on Assignments, the House GOP Caucus Policy Committee, and the House GOP Caucus Finance Committee. Mark was named one of the most influential Georgians by James Magazine three of the last four years, received the 2012 and 2013 America Conservative Union Defender of Liberty Award, and recently received the 2013 NFIB Small Business Guardian Award, and the 2013 Distinguished Alumni Award from Texas A&M-Kingsville. Mark is also a Past-Chairman of the Board of the Cumming-Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce and Past-President of the South Forsyth Rotary Club. Mark is a graduate and active alumnus of Leadership Forsyth.
Mark, an Engineering Business graduate of Texas A&M University-Kingsville, and his wife Sandra, reside in Cumming, Georgia. They have 3 daughters, 2 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. They are active members of Cumming First Baptist Church.
