Kathy Kolbe

Kathy Kolbe (2684) is an acclaimed theorist, bestselling author, entrepreneur, educator, organizational strategist, consultant and speaker, and is the founder of Kolbe Corp and the Center for Conative Abilities. She is considered to be the world's leading authority on human instincts and conation* and has dedicated her life to helping people to find the freedom to be themselves through understanding and using their conative abilities. 

David Kolbe

David Kolbe (8273), CEO of Kolbe Corp, has lived and breathed the Kolbe Concept from its inception. David's work on the Kolbe technology and intellectual properties began when he co-developed the original algorithm for computing Kolbe A™ Index scores. 

David joined Kolbe Corp after working on Capitol Hill as Legislative Director for a Texas congressman and as an Associate with the law firm of Gammage & Burnham.

William K. Rapp

William K. Rapp (7283), President of Kolbe International, has more than 30 years of experience in finance, marketing and organizational development. His effectiveness as a consultant has been honed by hands-on domestic and international management experience. He lived and worked in Argentina and Brazil for 10 years in executive positions for Citicorp.

Frank Reid

Frank Reid (8372) has more than two decades of experience in leadership roles in human resources and has worked both domestically and internationally in the insurance, financial services, information services, and software industries.  As executive vice president, Frank is responsible for managing Kolbe Corp’s business development efforts with large corporate accounts. 

James Trujillo

As with most of the staff at Kolbe Corp, James Trujillo (6743) wears many hats for the organization. While he is overseeing the technology that drives Kolbe Corp, he orchestrates the development of the web sites, and collaborates with Kathy Kolbe and other key members to create and refine Kolbe products. 

Diane Villa

Diane Villa (8633) brings a wide range of experience, having gotten her start in the automobile business. Prior to this, she worked in the food distribution industry as Vice President of Finance at AFS Technologies Inc. Diane has been able to draw on all of this experience in the diversity of her job roles at Kolbe. 

Amy Hagerman

As Vice President Client Relations & Sales for Kolbe Corp, Amy Hagerman (7752) oversees the decisions related to client management and sales. Along with the day-to-day management of the sales team, she is also the key liaison between sales, marketing, customer service and training, working to ensure quality control and timely execution of the Kolbe products, programs and services.

Stephanie Clergé

As Senior Director of Training and Consulting, Stephanie Clergé (8363) is responsible for the innovative, high-quality training programs that Kolbe Corp provides for leaders, their teams and individuals.  She oversees all aspects of consulting and works with entrepreneurs and organizations of all sizes, as well as with Kolbe CertifiedTM Consultants, to leverage the Kolbe WisdomTM to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in business and beyond.

Eric Herrera

As Director of Sales, Eric Herrera (5392) brings to Kolbe Corp a wide range of experience within the talent assessment sector.  After serving for several years as marketing director for another assessment organization, Eric transitioned to an independent consulting role, where he focused on helping numerous clients to increase productivity, streamline existing processes, and maximize revenue. 

Mark Nageotte

Mark Nageotte (7553) has more than 20 years' experience working in marketing and communications in a variety of industries. He is responsible for effectively communicating with the numerous audiences served by Kolbe Corp while also leading the marketing team in developing and executing strategies to support the company’s sales efforts.
