As Vice President Client Relations & Sales for Kolbe Corp, Amy Hagerman oversees the decisions related to client management and sales. Along with the day-to-day management of the sales team, she is also the key liaison between sales, marketing, customer service and training, working to ensure quality control and timely execution of Kolbe products, programs and services. Amy works with many of Kolbe Corp's clients regarding the strategic use of Kolbe within their organizations.
Her previous experience in retail sales, management and merchandising provided a vast knowledge of working with people to make programs that fit their specific needs. She was involved in all facets of hiring and training sales people to maximize the retail environment. She also worked for many years in her family’s ad specialties company, learning the nuts and bolts of running an entrepreneurial company. This provided great experience in sales & marketing at many different levels.
Hailing from north central Illinois, Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Western Illinois University.
