As Director of Sales, Eric Herrera brings to Kolbe Corp a wide range of experience within the talent assessment sector. After serving for several years as marketing director for another assessment organization, Eric transitioned to an independent consulting role, where he focused on helping numerous clients to increase productivity, streamline existing processes, and maximize revenue.
While working with a large consumer electronics company, Eric implemented a sales and leadership development program that helped the company to increase top-line revenue by $31 million.
During his career, Eric has also trained thousands of sales professionals in numerous industries and recently developed a six-month leadership training program for business clients.
After growing up in New Mexico, Eric earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management at Indiana Institute of Technology. He has also earned several professional certifications throughout his career.
In his spare time, Eric enjoys SCUBA diving and hunting.
In 2015, Eric and his wife became the proud parents of a beautiful baby girl.
