William K. Rapp, President of Kolbe International, has more than 30 years of experience in finance, marketing and organizational development. His effectiveness as a consultant has been honed by hands-on domestic and international management experience. Fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese, he has traveled extensively on special assignments for his worldwide consulting practice. He lived and worked in Argentina and Brazil for 10 years in executive positions for Citicorp.
Will has served as a guest lecturer, moderator and panelist for conferences throughout the world. Whether speaking on the international debt crisis, multicultural approaches to management or maximizing employee productivity, he is highly rated by audiences for his ability to clarify issues and offer thoughtful insights as a platform speaker and trainer.
While developing his international focus and interest in worldwide affairs, Will has worked in many capacities that have blended global skills with local achievement. In 1974 he joined the Valley National Bank of Arizona (now Chase Bank), heading up the company's worldwide activities as leader of the International Division. He served at a senior level in state government as a "loaned executive" to the Governor of the State of Arizona. In addition, Will is a founding member and Chairman Emeritus of the Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations.
Will's academic credentials include a Masters of Business Administration in International Business from the University of California (Berkeley) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
Will and his wife, Kathy Kolbe, have five adult children and eight grandchildren.
