After a rigorous nomination, application, and interview process, Kolbe Corp is excited to announce the winners of this year’s Conative Excellence Awards!
This award honors a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant who has developed a high level of expertise in Kolbe Theory and has used Kolbe products and methodologies to impact organizations and/or individuals.
Jessica (7823) has been an Executive Business Coach at Carson since 2019. Prior to Carson she worked at a Broker Dealer where she was introduced to and fell in love with Kolbe. She has been using Kolbe with teams and individuals since 2015. She holds a MS in Leadership and Organizational Development from UT Dallas and is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
Jessica has leveraged Kolbe solutions to help drive and adapt to rapid growth by leveraging Kolbe with both internal team leaders and external clients. She brought Kolbe to the Carson Group after being a Certified consultant at HD Vest and uses it with business owners and financial advisor clients in all facets of their growth and leadership challenges.
