Jason Durant

Jason Durant is an accomplished leader, trained executive coach, and expert in behavioral financial advice. He has over 25 years of experience within financial services at two global Wealth Management firms. In his current role at Scotia Wealth Management he is the Director, Practice Management.
Here his team is responsible for the development and implementation of customized training and coaching support for leadership, investment advisors, and support teams. Our focus is to help Advisory teams and Leadership to develop purpose-driven businesses and deliver values-based experiences. His Kolbe journey began at certification in May 2020 in the first virtual program.
Joy Goff
Youth Leadership and Opportunities Director
I’m Joy Goff, the Youth Leadership and Opportunities Director at The Launch Pad Teen Center. Over the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of leading our mentorship program, where I recruited and coordinated dedicated volunteers to guide and inspire teens in various capacities.
Before joining The Launch Pad, I dedicated 15 years to child welfare across multiple agencies. My roles ranged from foster care licensing and program direction to behavioral health case management. This experience deepened my passion for working with children and families, and for fostering connections that build strong, supportive relationships.
In my current role, I oversee TLP’s Teen Advisory Council and their remarkable Better Together Project, which spans three years and focuses on impactful community work through civil discourse. This has been a powerful project and I look forward to supporting the Teen Advisory Council as they develop their next project. I also manage our workforce development initiatives through Project Launch, helping teens identify their strengths and envision their futures. This involves collaborating with The Moon Cafe and other local businesses to create apprenticeship, internship, and employment opportunities for eager young people.
As the Kolbe Consultant for The Launch Pad Teen Center, I create opportunities for learning and offer insights into how teens, staff, and volunteers can leverage their natural strengths and problem-solving styles. The Launch Pad Teen Center utilizes the Student Aptitude Quiz™ and the Kolbe A™ as incredible learning tools, which lead to greater connection between teens and staff, teens and volunteers and among staff as a whole.
On a personal note, I am a proud mom to two wonderful boys and share my life with a fantastic husband, a lovable mini Australian Shepherd, and a surprisingly sweet bearded dragon. I am a Prescott native who loves exploring the desert southwest through camping, hiking, and biking adventures with my family. Art is a daily joy for me, and I cherish every opportunity to create.

Kathy Tagenel is a Business Strategist and President of Living Vibrantly. She develops and facilitates programs, workshops, and transformative retreats to help entrepreneurs and leadership teams gain clarity, alignment, and focus.
Kathy’s background is in marketing, information technology, and entrepreneurship; her passion is working with entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs to help them understand and appreciate their unique gifts so they can actualize their full creative potential. As a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant she helps individuals discover and leverage their instinctive strengths for greater productivity and personal fulfillment.
Since 2008 Kathy has partnered with Bob Burg, coauthor of “The Go-Giver”, to build The Go-Giver® brand and grow The Go-Giver Movement. She is also the developer of the Go-Giver Beyond The MasterMind Retreat.
Kathy received her B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University and her MBA from the University of Chicago. She started her first business in 1999 and has been been a serial entrepreneur ever since. Prior to that she worked for several large corporations such as IBM, Ameritech, and Verio for twelve years.
Kathy is an adventurer who loves to travel, take nature photos, and boldly go where she’s never gone before!
